Please request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase and you can do this by emailing directly via a reply to your order email to do this.
No refunds or returns on personalised items
Once your shoes have arrived we unable to accept returns or provide refunds as your shoes have been made to order. We are happy to help if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item if you have any problems with your order.
We cannot refund or exchange shoes for incorrect shoe size
We cannot exchange your shoes after you have received them as these have been made to order. We do advise checking your size within either Converse or Vans prior to your purchase if you are unsure. All of our sizes are listed in both UK and US sizes to make ordering as easy as possible for you. Half sizes can be ordered in certain styles, please drop us a message for this.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Should there be any reason you need to return your shoes due to being damaged or faulty, they are required to be returned in the same state they were received. Should this not be the case, upon inspection we have the right to refuse the item and they will be returned back to you and no refund will be given. This is due to damage to the item.
